Scaling green screen and AI stills with transparency

Please can we have an option to save green screen and AI stills WITH transparency after they have been keyed out. At present if the guests are scaled down and repositioned on a template the software puts the whole background into that smaller area. This way the background would not be affected and overlays layers would work better.
