One thing that I feel is missing is an auto trigger for the camera countdown. LumaBooth has motion detection that as soon as the camera starts spinning the countdown begins. And although their software is nowhere as detailed as yours, thats a feature that has me considering to swap. Motion detect would cover all manufactures, and would remove steps from the activation. When evens are a gongshow as always.. the less steps in the process the better.
