Live sync to survey data

A client wants survey data to appear live in a spreadsheet during an event. They want to take that data and turn it into a word cloud. Having a live sync of the survey data to a spreadsheet would allow this to happen and could also be used for other corporate clients who could adjust tactics on the fly based on immediate survey feedback. If not live sync, at least a 15 minute interval sync?
