What's new on Snappic

Experience new features, app improvements, and bug fixes across app versions 1.27.1, 1.27.2, and 1.27.3 - Update to the latest version (1.27.3) for full access to all the latest updates, improvements, and fixes!

🚀 New Features:

• GoPro Camera Support (Open Beta): Added support for using GoPro cameras wired and wirelessly. Please note this feature is still in open beta.
• Full-Screen Support for Apple Silicon Mac: The app now supports full-screen mode when running on an Apple Silicon Mac.
• Motion Trigger for 360 Booths: Users can trigger photo and video capture for 360 booths using the gyroscope as a motion trigger.
• AI Sharing Stats: Access AI Sharing stats under the Analytics tab to track credit usage, email registrations, and phone number registrations with faces.
• Motion Trail Video Effect: Added support for a new Motion Trail video effect.

🪄 Improvements:

• Different Camera Settings for DSLR Video Recording: Users can now use different camera settings when recording video with DSLR cameras.
• Layout Improvement for DSLR Camera Settings: The layout of the camera settings when using a DSLR camera has been improved.
• Expanded DSLR Model Support: Added support for additional Canon and Nikon DSLR models, including Z8 and Z30.
• DSLR Video Rotation: Added an option to easily rotate videos recorded by a DSLR camera.
• Improved Bluetooth Hardware Integration: This fixes an issue with some Dzen Tech Bluetooth hardware integrations.
• Printing Reliability: Improved printing reliability and fixed an issue when printing from an Apple Silicon Mac.

• VideoFX Preview Generator Improvements: The preview generator shows better error messages related to the template, similar to the errors shown in the app if there’s something wrong with a template. Get an idea of which part of the template, or which timeline clip, is producing the issues.

🔧 Bug Fixes:

• GoPro Connection Issue: Fixed an issue that sometimes occurred when connecting to GoPro cameras.
• Printing Capability Options: Added capability options when printing using Snappic Print Server.
• iOS 12 Support Drop: This app version no longer supports iOS 12 devices.
• Windows Print Server App Issue: Fixed an issue introduced in version 1.27 when using the Windows Print Server App.
